Deliveries & Returns


The approximate time for all our made to order products is 4-6 weeks.

Prices on the website include delivery to 1 UK mainland address.
Deliveries of products up to 200cm in length will be made on pallet and delivered on a vehicle with a tail lift.

Anything over 2000mm in length is subject to an extra delivery charge if there is not a forklift at the delivery address for unloading.

Delivery service does not include siting or installation.
Delivery to 1 UK mainland address included, deliveries outside of this will be subject to additional charges.


Specifications and dimensions of products
We have made every effort to display the colours, specifications and dimensions of items on the Website as accurately as possible. The colours you see will depend on the resolution of your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will reflect accurately the colour of the item delivered. 


Products are invoiced in GBP sterling at the price prevailing at the time you place your order. Prices displayed on the Website include vat.



If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via phone or e-mail as shown on the contact us page of this store. As we try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being cancelled. 

All our Corten Steel products are made to order a refund can only be issued prior to the beginning of manufacture, once production has started there is no way to cancel the order or have a refund.

All of our Corten steel products are made to order and cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is faulty. If the item is damaged, we may offer a repair in the first instance before a refund is offered.

Items damaged in transit
If you take delivery of a product from us and the contents have been damaged in transit you MUST NOT SIGN FOR THE GOODS and write down damaged goods on the drivers paperwork. All items must be unwrapped & checked whilst the driver is present, if the driver has left and you have signed for the goods you take full acceptance of the goods in good condition and so no refund or repair will be offered as we will no longer have any insurance cover with the delivery firm.


Defective items
You have the right to return a faulty item within 14 days along with proof of purchase.

Privacy and Communications
When you place your order, we collect certain personal and transactional information (e.g. name, address, email address, credit/debit card details). For details on how we use this information, please read our Privacy Statement.

To fulfil our obligations to you under these On-line Shopping Terms and Conditions we communicate with you by e-mail and by posting notices on the Website. You agree to receive communications from us electronically and that electronic communications will satisfy any legal requirement for communications be in writing.

The contract between us
When you place an order to purchase items using our Website this is an offer by you to us to purchase those items. By ordering you are providing details which are true, accurate, current and complete and that the credit or debit card details are correct and your own. Products will then be constructed using the specifications that you have selected.

We will confirm receipt of your order by sending you an email summarising the details of your order (“Order Confirmation E-mail”); this is the point at which we accept your order and the contract is formed
